lyrics

An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth. The whole world is blind. They refused to look for truth. Take what you can. It's the American way. Slavery only changed its name. Warmonger. I never knew you. This isn't how it was supposed to be.

I’m not saying I’m against our sons. I’m just against the ones behind him pulling the trigger while he holds the gun. I won’t vote, I will choose to love. Because no man deserves power from spilling other’s blood.

Warmonger. I never knew you. This isn’t how it’s supposed to be. Prone to wander, but to at least see a clearer picture. This isn’t the cost of being free.

You say that war was always in my human blood. This allegiance we swore only separates us from love, and it’s a lie

The tables will turn, Rome will burn. Your time has come.

If we marched for peace like we march for war, we might find something actually worth fighting for.

What are we fighting for?
